Excellent condition very early Single stroke Leica M3 for sale 
The serial number suggests that this body was originally a double stroke model and was upgraded at some point by Leica to the single stroke mechanism. 
The mechanism is somewhat unique as the advance is not ratcheted, the lever rotates back once advanced in a smooth fashion instead of the ratcheted clicking on a regular M3
Mechanical operation is perfect with the camera benefitting from a thorough cleaning and calibration of the rangefinder 
Film advance is buttery smooth and speeds all accurate
Bodywork is generally in very good condition throughout, please examine photographs in detail to appreciate the condition
