Excellent condition 
Optically very good with some minor specs of what looks like fluid/oil on the rear element that can easily be cleaned out during servicing. This has not impacted image quality and is so difficult to notice that it’s not something to be concerned about
Aperture blades clean and click distinctly, and focus is buttery smooth
Included is the lens, box, caps, lens hood and paperwork
