Outstanding condition 
Lens barrel shows very few signs of wear apart from some natural paint wear over years of use which adds to this lovely lens’ charm
Optically it is excellent with no haze/fungus, one or two minor specs of dust that to not impact image quality. Results from this lens have been very impressive and comparable to the 50mm V4 summicron 
Focus is smooth throughout the range and aperture clicks are distinct and in half stops. Aperture blades themselves are very clean 
Included is the lens, original metal Leica 12585 Hood, and generic rear cap
